This page is for users of the Roadoz mobile app (manufacturers, truck owners, and drivers) who want to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
- Fill out the deletion request form on this page with the phone number and account type registered in the Roadoz app.
- Our support team will verify your identity within 7 business days.
- After verification, we will delete your account and the personal data listed below.
- You will receive confirmation by SMS or email once deletion is complete.
You can also email us at inforoadoz@gmail.com with the subject line Account deletion request and include your registered phone number and account type.
Data that will be deleted
- Name, phone number, and profile information
- Address and business details stored in your profile
- Profile photos and uploaded shipment photos
- Identity verification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, GST, vehicle RC) submitted through the app
- Login credentials, session tokens, and app preferences
- GPS location data linked to your user account
Data that may be kept
- Completed shipment and payment records required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance (retained for up to 7 years)
- Information we are legally required to retain or disclose to authorities
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
Retention period
Verified account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup copies of deleted personal data are purged within 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
